Welcome Beloved Heart, we are humbled to share with you this Chakana Medicine Poncho lovingly embroidered by our Shipibo Sisters in the Amazon Jungle as part of our bridging of the worlds collection which delicately weaves together ancestral weavings of the Amazon and the Andes.

This poncho is a weaving of the sacred medicine songs from the Shipibo-Konibo Lineage upon the baby soft alpaca from the high Andes of Peru. The Poncho has the sacred Chakana woven on the back panel, the origin word in Quetchua meaning a bridge between the worlds. The Chakana along the front section of this poncho is woven in rainbow threads and carries the vibrational frequency of Chakruna, the sacred plant that opens the visual world of the medicine Ayahuasca.

The poncho is one size fits all and measures:

Left to right edge: 130 cm (51.2 inches)

Shoulder to Bottom Edge: 90 cm (35.4 inches)

The poncho is machine washable on a delicate cold wash though we always recommend handwashing
